Since then, I have been accompanying entrepreneurs on their exciting journey towards themselves and a fulfilled life.

As the head of an authority, I always wanted to be approachable for my employees and offer them support.

Why do I work with entrepreneurs like you?
Quite simply, because I know exactly how you feel.
Because I come from a family of entrepreneurs in Cologne, spent 15 years as a manager in international corporations and founded my own company in 2008, which I still run successfully today.
Entrepreneurs are simply very close to me.
What also appeals to me is that entrepreneurs bear responsibility.
They have influence, both inside and outside their company.
As multipliers and role models, they can have a positive impact.
Not only in their workforce, but also in society – if they use their skills in line with their values.
Men in particular usually accept the compromises that entrepreneurship entails without complaint.
That’s why I want to show them in particular that the role of the entrepreneur can be lived in a new way.

- Business studies with a degree in business administration
- 15 years of corporate experience as a buyer at Galeria Kaufhof, TUI and Tengelmann, among others
- 15 years of successful self-employment with own furniture store and real estate company
- 1 year as interim managing director in her parents' company
- Professional experience from 10 industries
- 5 years of entrepreneurial coaching out of deep passion
Why I do what I do,
My career was characterized by a series of bad bosses.
I don’t think any of them wanted to be a bad boss.
But sometimes there was a lack of know-how about what good leadership can look like, sometimes it was excessive demands and insecurity, sometimes dissatisfaction with my own life or simply everything together.
In the end, everyone suffered: me, my colleagues, the boss himself – and ultimately the performance of the entire company.
The good news is that it doesn’t have to be that way.
Because good, authentic leadership can be learned.
Enthusiasm, balance and deep satisfaction in what you do is what everyone wants, from entrepreneurs to employees.
At the same time, it guarantees the success of your company.
I wish from the bottom of my heart that you would do better.
For you – and for everyone around you.
That’s why I became an entrepreneur coach.
My vision
I dream of a world in which everyone enjoys going to work and feels valued in the workplace – supported by a new management culture in which everyone can contribute their skills, openly express their opinions and try things out.
I therefore support entrepreneurs in transferring responsibility to their employees, involving them in decisions and promoting entrepreneurial thinking within the company.
I am convinced that this “revolution” in the world of work contributes to a happy and healthy society.

I have fulfilled my own lifelong dream: Since 2008, two places have been my home – beautiful (but unfortunately often cold and wet) Hamburg and my favorite island, Mallorca.
Because I regularly need sun, blue skies, beaches and the sea to recharge my batteries and feel alive.
In my free time, I love to travel and meet people from many cultures.
I read books on the fascinating subject of personal development (why isn’t this a school subject?).
I love barbecues with friends and diving in the sea as often as I can.
Underwater, I enjoy the silence, the colorful diversity of life and surprising encounters that sometimes provide an adrenaline rush (many greetings to the tiger shark!).
My great hobby: underwater photography.
Fortunately, my husband shares my passions – and Luna the cat has joined us and moved in with us permanently.
