Mentoring usually takes place online via Zoom.
On-site sessions in Hamburg or on Mallorca (Santa Ponsa) are also possible by arrangement.
At the start of our collaboration, we discuss your current situation, individual challenges and set personal goals.
We look at your character, your motivation, your values, strengths and weaknesses.
Because clarity about your own personality is the key to (leadership) success.
In 8 individual coaching sessions of 90 minutes each, we deal intensively with your topics.
After each session, you will be given tasks that will take you a big step further.
Look forward to informative input, practical training and solutions that you can implement immediately.

The duration of a coaching session depends on your issue.
As a rule, it is around three months, during which we meet eight times for 90 minutes each.
Optionally, you can book additional hours at a reduced surcharge.
The answer is a resounding yes – provided you are actively involved.
I assume that you want positive changes in your life and are willing to try out and practice new things.
Our non-binding introductory meeting takes place via Zoom or by phone.
You tell me your current challenges and together we will find out how my entrepreneur mentoring can support you.
It’s best to make a few key points in advance.
With your input, I can also better determine the time frame and any additional costs.
After our initial consultation, you will receive an individual offer tailored to you and your goals.
You then decide at your leisure – and can change your mind within the first three coaching sessions without giving any further reasons.
The coaching appointments usually take place online (via Zoom/Microsoft Teams) or by arrangement on site in Hamburg or on Mallorca and last approx. 90 minutes.
Your active participation is a central component.
As a rule, we meet every two weeks, but I will arrange a time that suits you.
From the very first meeting, I make sure that there is a good human fit, because without this basis, good coaching cannot unfold its full effect.
We are a good match if you like to put new knowledge into practice and are committed and ready for change.
I tailor the content to your personality.
In this way, I ensure that the coaching is interesting for you and takes place at your own pace.
If you change your mind, you can terminate our cooperation up to the fourth coaching appointment.
I will refund you the outstanding portion of any fees already paid
I address my customers as “Du” because I believe it promotes an honest, confidential and personal exchange.
Respect for each other is not lost as a result.
If this is an obstacle for you, I am happy to keep the “you” for the first few meetings – but then you need to be willing to change.
